Meet the Chef
Hello Foodie Friends!
I’d love to tell you a little bit about my journey. I’m a Johnson and Wales University graduate, majoring in Culinary Nutrition and Food Science. I have held various positions in Fine Dining restaurants, and manufacturing plants as a Research Chef/Food Technologist. I have also previously owned a successful meal prep/personal chef business in Indiana. My love for from-scratch cooking has brought me to Montana to work for various Lodges and hunting camps. My main style of cooking is nutrition and fitness focused, but I also love to cook a mean chicken-fried steak! On my days off I enjoy Olympic lifting, hiking, cross-country skiing and spending time at alpine lakes. I want to make your busy life easier and help you reach your nutritional goals. Let’s share the love of good food.
