I’d love to tell you a little bit about my journey…
I’m a Johnson and Wales University graduate, majoring in Culinary Nutrition and Food Science. I have held various positions in Fine Dining restaurants, and manufacturing plants as a Research Chef/Food Technologist. My love for from-scratch cooking has brought me to Montana to work for various backcountry lodges and hunting camps. My passion is buying local to support farmers and ranchers who work hard to support us.
