Our Dinners & Brunches

❋ Locally Sourced

Every meal will feature vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, dairy products, honey, flour, coffee and tea from local farms located in Big Timber, Paradise Valley, Wilsall, Townsend and Kalispell. These meals will be as locally sourced as possible.

❋ Health-Focused

These meals will be whole food focused with an emphasis on protein, ancient grains, fruits and vegetables.

❋ Made from Scratch

All meals will be 100% made from scratch. I don’t cut corners. All bread, salad dressings, and desserts are made by hand.

❋ A Chance to Slow Down

Enjoy beautiful views of the Yellowstone over a campfire cooked meal. Dip your toes in the water, relax during a yoga class or simply take in the beauty in the company of good friends and good food.
